In memoriam, Helen Griffiths

Helen Griffiths, following her long battle with illness. Helen joined The Bishop of Llandaff as Head of Mathematics in September 2006. During her 13 years with us, Helen worked tirelessly to support the students and staff in her care. Helen’s bravery through her illness was remarkable and I know she will be sorely missed by the whole school community.
We offer our thoughts and prayers for Helen’s family at this time.

Father of all, we commend the soul of our teacher, colleague and friend, Helen Griffiths, who has left us to come into your hands. We thank you for placing Helen in our life here on earth. We glorify your name for giving us such a wonderful person; they have been a blessing to us. Fill our hearts with courage and help us to accept that Helen is now with you. Let this knowledge of Helen joining you in paradise, where perpetual light will shine on her, be our source of comfort and strength. In Jesus’ name, we pray. Amen.
